VIP Loyalty Programme

Terms & Conditions and Bonus Policy apply.

Qualifying game: All slot games.

All players who are playing any qualifying game during promotional dates are automatically entered into the promotion.

For every 1.50 EUR wagered on any slot game, customers receive 1 point.

Only real money will be counted towards wagering.

Point Calculation: Points are calculated in real-time and rounded down to the nearest whole point. Partial wagers that don't reach the 1.50 EUR threshold will accumulate until the next qualifying wager.

VIP Programme Levels

VIP programme has several levels with point requirements:

  • HERO LEVEL 1 – 0 points
  • HERO LEVEL 2 – 5,001 points
  • HERO LEVEL 3 – 100,001 points
  • HERO LEVEL 4 – 500,001 points
  • HERO LEVEL 5 – 3,000,001 points

All new players start at HERO LEVEL 1.

Existing players will be adjusted according to their current points.

Level Maintenance: Once a VIP level is reached, it is maintained for the remainder of the calendar year. Levels are reassessed annually on January 1st based on points earned in the previous 12 months. Players must re-qualify for their level each year.

Points Validity: VIP points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. Points will expire if not used within this period.

By reaching a new VIP level, players receive:

Cashback Terms:

  • Cashback is calculated on net losses only (deposits minus withdrawals) on qualifying slot games.
  • Calculation period: Monday 00:00 UTC to Sunday 23:59 UTC.
  • Cashback is credited every Monday by 18:00 UTC for the previous week.
  • Minimum cashback amount: 5 EUR.

Redeeming VIP Points

Conversion rates per level:

Redemption Terms:

Bonus Rules

  • All winnings from wagering with an active bonus are considered bonus funds and cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
